Shipping policy

Australia and New Zealand orders are sent from the local Distributor based in Christchurch New Zealand: Lovecars Limited

Thier shipping policies are: 

Orders before 1pm on a weekday normally ship the same day and should arrive NZ Wide in 1-2 working days. International and Rural delivery will take longer. We can not guarantee delivery and dispatch times but we try very hard to get orders out fast. Please allow an extra day to be safe. While we often dispatch orders on weekends the couriers do not collect these until the next working day. We use mostly Post Haste and NZ Post's courier service, and International Service and will be adding more options soon.  When your order is sent you will get an email with the tracking number that you can click on to track your order and arrange redelivery, or giving authority to leave without a signature. These emails sometimes go to your junk mail folder, if they are there, please mark us as a safe sender so you don't have that issue next time.

We do not ship to freight forwarding companies. Orders deemed to be shipped to a freight forwarder may be cancelled. Should an order be shipped to a freight forwarding address, we are not liable for any damages, or issues that may arise after the order has left our warehouse. We reserve the right to cancel any order that doesn't follow our policy.
